Lessons Cancellation and Replacements Policy
A 24-hour prior notice is needed if student is not able to attend any of the lessons. Failed to do so may cause leddons to be cancelled without replacements.
Lessons are not replaceable for public holidays and music school holidays.
One month pause of lessons is ONLY allowed for students who are taking national exams (e.g: SPM, O-Level). However, a HALF month fees payment is needed to retain student’s slot. Two replacement lessons can be made prior/ after the exam month.
Students who wished to pause lesson on any other months (Regardless of any reasons), a FULL month payment is needed and replacement lessons can be made prior / after that month.
Students who wished to pause lessons on December will need to make HALF month payment and replacement lessons can be made prior / after that month.
Fees Terms and Conditions
Fees are to be paid prior to or first lesson each month/term.
Fees can be paid only by cash / bank transfer.
In case the student wished to stop lessons, a one-month notice is required.
Fees paid are not refundable.
Fees are adjusted for each level.
